NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received on TUESDAY, JUNE 19, 2018
at 10:00 a.m. by the Borough of East Newark, Purchasing Department, located at 34 Sherman Avenue, Second Floor, East Newark, New Jersey, 07029 for the following:
PRIVATE COLLECTION OF MUNICIPAL COURT DEBT
Proposal and specifications may be obtained either by mail or pickup at the Office of the Borough Clerk, Borough of East Newark, located 34 Sherman Avenue, East Newark, New Jersey, 07029 during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Proposals must be submitted on the forms supplied.
Proposals must be received either in person at the hour designated in this advertisement or previous thereto by Delivery, Mail, Federal Express or United Parcel Service to the BOROUGH OF EAST NEWARK PURCHASING DEPARTMENT, 34 Sherman Avenue, East Newark, New Jersey, 07029. The Borough of East Newark is not responsible for any bid proposal either mailed or overnight delivered, that does not arrive by the prevailing bid time.
Specifications and Proposals of Bid Forms must be obtained online www.boroughofeastnewark.com or in person at the Office of the Borough Clerk, East Newark Municipal Building, 34 Sherman Avenue, East Newark, New Jersey 07029.
The proposal must be accompanied by all documents required by the conditions and specifications for submitting a proposal. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P. L. 1975, c 1 27. (N.J.A.C. 17: 27) concerning affirmative action goals.
The Borough of East Newark reserves the right to consider the BID PROPOSALS for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof, and further reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive informalities, and make such awards or take action as may be in the best interest of the Borough.
