The Borough of East Newark warmly invites you to participate in this year’s Annual Toy Drive, dedicated to the memory of the late Eddie Negron. Eddie, a cherished member of our community who served both the police and fire departments, exemplified compassion and community spirit. Even while facing serious health challenges last year, Eddie dedicated his time to ensuring that children in our borough received gifts through the toy drive.

This year, in honor of Eddie’s wish to make the 2024 drive the biggest and best ever, we are rallying together to fulfill his dream. Your generous donations will help us bring joy to local children at our annual Santa’s Workshop, a special event that brings holiday cheer to the families of East Newark.

Donation Details:

📅 Dates: November 10th through December 10th
📍 Drop-off Locations:

• Borough Hall: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Charles F. Tighe Recreation Center: Monday to Friday, 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
