Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of East Newark have designated January 30, 2025 at 6:30PM as a Special Public Meeting which will be held in the Municipal Chambers at the East Newark Borough Hall, 34 Sherman Avenue, East Newark, New Jersey.

• Appointment of Councilperson to temporarily fill Unexpired Term ending December 31, 2026 pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:16-11
• Resolution Committing to DCA’s Fourth Round Affordable Housing Present Need and Prospective Need Numbers
• Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Execute a Letter of Intent for the 2025 Hudson County Open Space Trust Fund – Veterans Playground and Waterpark Improvements
• Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Execute a Letter of Intent for the 2025 Hudson County Open Space Trust Fund – Veterans Soccer Field Improvements
• Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Execute a Letter of Intent for the 2025 Hudson County Open Space Trust Fund – Riverfront Park Improvements
