Notice of Special Planning Board Meeting Via Zoom
Posted June 15, 2021PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., a virtual public hearing will be held before the East Newark Planning Board. This special meeting will be conducted by Zoom video conferencing due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The meeting otherwise would have taken place at the Borough Hall Council Chambers, 34 Sherman Avenue, East Newark, New Jersey 07029.
The purpose of this special meeting is for the Planning Board to review and discuss the following zoning ordinance referred to it by the Mayor and Council:
Ordinance No. 08-2021 entitled, "An Ordinance Amending Chapter 33 Zoning of the Borough of East Newark to Permit Cannabis Oriented Businesses in Certain Locations."
